Buyer for Effanbee twin babydolls & more

My friend is looking for a buyer for her vintage/collectable Effanbee twin babydolls. She also has a few other dolls to be considered as well (not Effanbee).
We have pics.....if anyone is interested or happens to know someone that's interested she would greatly appreciate it. She is anxious to sell.
